NGOs That Are Inspiring Child Education in India

Child education is the need of the hour and some nonprofits are doing outstanding work in providing quality education to underprivileged kids and helping them escape the cycle of poverty.

India has made considerable progress in primary and secondary education since gaining independence from British domination in 1947. However, there are a number of stumbling blocks on the road to universal schooling. The dropout rate was high in countries with limited resources, such as India. There isn’t enough cash, physical infrastructure, or competent instructors to go around. Although India spends just under 3% of its GDP on schools against the national average of 6%, it has failed to meet this standard since 1968.

To provide good education to every eligible youngster, India will require a significant mobilization and collaboration between the government and the private and social sectors.

While the government must do more, several organizations in India have been addressing education shortcomings. We’ve compiled a list of ten Indian NGOs that are spearheading the education revolution.
